MK-O: POEMS INSPIRED BY MARK Poem by Diana (chasingcomets): "Autumn" Posted October 1 2008 (Inspired by the changing of season and the long wait until my tour date). Without you here, the air is cold, the sun is dim, the leaves are brown. Rain falls, but no rainbows come, the air is damp and chills my skin. Days and nights both dark and gray, a stale smell on blustering winds. Rivers and streams grow murky, The grass is dead and bare. Come to the east and bring with you the heat of the sun in your dance, the smell of the ocean on your skin, and the glow of the moon in your eyes. Bring the rainbow from a waterfall in the pureness of your smile. You will be my island refuge, and all the stars in the sky.
